Betty Cavanah 87 of Winchester passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling. She was born September 19, 1935 in Boones Creek, Tennessee to Vernon and Anna Ford. She was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church and a former seamstress for Opryland in Tennessee. She is survived by two sons James Jarrett and wife Jacqueline of Mt. Sterling, Robert Jarrett and wife Glena of Winchester, three grandchildren Jason Jarrett, Rodney Roe, Angie Roe, five great grandchildren, a brother Eddie Ford of Bristol, Tennessee and a sister Bess Hale of Piney Flats, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Grayson Funeral Home Clay City is in charge.
