Charles Breeding 68 of Winchester husband of Rose Breeding passed away November 4, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 19, 1950 to Starns and Edith Breeding. He was a retired Construction worker. He is survived by his wife Rose Breeding of Winchester, one son Justin Breeding and wife Brandie of Winchester, three daughters Melissa Scoggins and husband Darren of GA, Misty Breeding and husband Willard of Winchester, Patrica Kitchens and husband Steve of GA, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, four brothers John Breeding of Winchester, Curtis Breeding of Lexington, Ronnie Breeding of Winchester and Jimmy Breeding of GA. He was preceded in death by his parents Starns and Edith Breeding, a daughter Pam Dyer, brother Frank Breeding, sisters Marquita Breeding and Teresa Breeding.
