David Ratliff 48 of Richmond passed away Friday, December 6, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Pike County May 11, 1976, to Randy and Debra Ratliff. He was a construction worker. He is survived by a son Tyler Ratliff, a daughter Brittney Ratliff, two grandchildren, a brother James Ratliff, and a sister Nikki Whitt. He was preceded in death by his parents Randy and Debra Ratliff and Daughter Christan Ratliff. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge.
