Dillard Finney 66 of Winchester passed away Thursday January 16, 2025, at Clark Regional Medical Center. He was born in Clark County on March 12, 1958, to Louie and Wavelee Finney. Mr. Finney was retired from Clark County Board of Education where he loved his job as a custodian. He is survived by his mother Wavelee Finney,  two sons Jonathan Finney, Jeffery Finney, one daughter Melissa Finney, one sister Angelia Baker, eight  grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends to morn his passing. He was preceded in death by his father Louie Finney. Funeral services will be held 7PM Monday January 20, 2025, at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Bill White officiating. Friends may visit from Monday January 20, 2025 from 5PM till time of service, Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
