Felicia Sue Stamper (Noble) 39 passed away Tuesday March 11, 2025, in Winchester. She was born May 28, 1985, in Lexington to Jimmy Stamper and the Late Lois Maxine (Townsend) Stamper. She was a cashier for Speedway in Winchester. She is survived by one son Bobby Lee Noble, two daughters Lois Ellen Stamper, and Julia Marie Noble, three grandchildren Kingsley, Lillyonia, and Oakleigh, two sisters Tonya (Mustafa) Syed, Jennifer (Danny) Smith, two brothers Edward Keith (Crystal) Townsend, and Timothy Stamper, her companion Brandon Adams and his children Allison, Madison, and McKenzie Adams, along with several other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Lois Maxine (Townsend) Stamper, and her grandparents. Funeral services will be held Friday March 14, 2025, at 1PM at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Tommy Evans officiating. Friends may visit from 11AM till the time of service. In Lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to Grayson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services
