Kenneth Townsend 79 of Winchester passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Fountain Circle Nursing and Rehab. Center. He is survived by a daughter Karen Townsend, a sister Mary Young of Texas and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Dorothy Townsend, his wife Patsy Townsend and a son Timmy Townsend. Graveside services will be held 11 AM Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Mountain Chapel Cemetery. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge.
