Marcia Willoughby 85 of Clay City passed away Friday, December 15, 2023 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington. She was born April 28, 1938 in Winchester to Clyde and Adalaide Kindred. She was a retired employee of Sylvania and Square D factory. She is survived by her husband Jesse Willoughby, three sons Tony Willoughby and wife Wilma, Michael Willoughby and wife Donna, Mitchell Willoughby, seven grandchildren, a sister Jean Crouch, her beloved little dog Jill. She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Adalaide Kindred and two brothers Ricky and Douglas Kindred. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Bill White officiating. Friends may visit Sunday from 12 PM till time of the service. Burial will follow in the Vaughn's Mill Cemetery in Clay City. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
