Randell Townsend 74 of Winchester passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at the University Of Kentucky Hospital. He was born February 25, 1950 in Estill County to Elmer and Mary Townsend. He is survived by two sons Mike Embs, Dwayne Embs, Five Brothers Larry Townsend, Richard Townsend, Jerry Townsend, David Townsend, Rondel Townsend, three Sisters Fredia Anderson, Tereas Shoemaker, and Debra Berryman, Two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Mary Townsend, His wife Janice Townsend, one brother Ernest Townsend, two sisters Jerldene Hall, Anna Sue Patrick. Funeral service will be held 1PM Monday July 8, 2024 at the Grayson Funeral Home in Clay City with Bro. Bill White officiating. Friends may visit from 11AM till time of service.  Burial will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery in Irvine.
