Richard Martin 68 of Florida passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024. He was born August 26, 1956, in Winchester to Floyd and Nellie Martin. He was a retired construction worker. He is survived by his wife Frances Martin of Florida, two sons Richard Martin JR, Harley Rose JR, five daughters Brandy Martin, Angela Martin, Emily Martin, Kelly Goosney, Heather Baucom, eighteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren four sisters Ellen Teaque, Eva Mae Martin, Betty Lou Martin and Julia Martin. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Jason Allbritton, three brothers J.B. Martin, Floyd Martin JR, Andrew Martin, four sisters Mary Stamper, Lena Baker, Elizabeth Martin and Helen Randell. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Bill White officiating. Friends may visit Tuesday from 10 AM till time of the service. Burial will follow in the Stokley Cemetery in Clay City. In Lieu of flowers family ask donations to be made to Grayson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge.
