Richard Larry Witt 63 of Stanton passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was a construction worker and a farmer. He is survived by one son Richard L. Witt JR of Irvine, one daughter Ashley Byrd and her husband William of Clay City, five grandchildren Landon and McKenzie Witt, Sierra, Cheyenne and Haley Byrd, one brother Roger Witt and his wife Jackie of Waco and Joyce Webb and husband Donnie of Irvine. He was preceded in death by his parents Mason and Lydia Witt. Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Witt Family Cemetery in Clay City with Bro. Don Hatton officiating. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
