Troy McIntosh, age 75, of Winchester, KY passed away on Saturday, April 6th, 2024, at UK Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born January 27, 1949, in Powell County, KY he was the son of the late Martin and Chessie Shoemaker McIntosh. He resided in Winchester, KY with a very special nephew, Junior Shortridge, who cared for him for 20 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers: Pauline McIntosh, Anna Mae McIntosh, Viola Powell, Faye McIntosh, Irene Rose, Margie Shortridge, Carl McIntosh, James McIntosh, and Harold Lee McIntosh. He is survived by one sister, Gladys Simerly of Bristol, TN, and one brother, Raymond McIntosh of Clay City, KY. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Sammy Faulkner officiating. Friend may visit Wednesday from 11 AM till time of the service. Interment will be in Powell's Valley Cemetery with Junior Shortridge, Greg Shortridge, Randy Rose, Glenn Powell, Jeff McIntosh and Brandon Crowe serving as pallbearers.
