Windell Sparks 75 of Jeffersonville husband of Ella Sparks passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and a retired self-employed carpenter. He is survived by his wife Ella Sparks of Jeffersonville, two sons Carl Sparks and wife Ruby of Jeffersonville, Roger Sparks of Jeffersonville, three daughters Lois Townsend of Winchester, Freda Martin of Campton, Amanda Patton of Jeffersonville, fifteen grandchildren, 8 great grandchild, seven brothers Lonnie Sparks of Stanton, Clay Sparks of Winchester, Charlie Sparks of Stanton, Jim Sparks of Winchester, Denzel Sparks of Winchester, JR Sparks of Winchester, Bob Sparks of Winchester and one sister Thelma Harrell of Richmond. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling. Friends may visit Thursday from 5- 9 PM. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
