Winfield Sharp Conn 81 of Jeffersonville husband of Gloria Conn passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at St. Joseph East in Lexington. He was born in Mt. Sterling November, 2, 1934 to Elgin and Ethel Conn. He was a self-employed mechanic and a member of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife Gloria Conn of Jeffersonville, two sons Bobby Sharp Conn of Jeffersonville, David Conn of Jeffersonville, three daughters Judy Murphy and her husband Bob of Mt. Sterling, Wilma Wheeler and her husband Bill of Jeffersonville, Kathy Conn of Jeffersonville, Seventeen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and one brother James Conn of Mt. Sterling. He was preceded in death by his parents Elgin and Ethel Conn, one son Dale Eugene Conn, a daughter Peggy Wheeler, one brother Clyde Conn, two sisters Cora Rogers, Dorothy Cockrell and one grandchild Timothy Barber. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the Grayson Funeral Home Chapel in Clay City with Bro. Robbie Conn officiating. Friends may visit 4 PM till 8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lovely Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Grayson Funeral Home is in charge of services.
